Terms of Service.
The framework governing your use of this website and any pre-contract interaction with Matrixed.Link. Commercial engagements are governed by separate MSAs and SOWs.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Matrixed.Link website (matrixed.link and its subdomains) or engaging Matrixed.Link for blockchain infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Commercial engagements — managed nodes, validator operations, oracle integrations, consulting — are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Matrixed.Link and the client. In any conflict between this page and a signed MSA/SOW, the executed contract controls.
Services provided
Matrixed.Link operates blockchain infrastructure including Chainlink oracle nodes, managed full nodes, validator infrastructure, RPC and WebSocket endpoints, and provides advisory and engineering services around the design, deployment, and operation of that infrastructure.
Service availability, SLAs, performance targets, support response windows, and incident response commitments are defined in the applicable SOW. Marketing material on this website is informational and does not constitute a binding service commitment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or services to: (a) violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of our infrastructure; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; (d) use the services in connection with sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions; or (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate proprietary aspects of the service.
Use of validator and staking services does not transfer ownership of underlying digital assets to Matrixed.Link; we operate infrastructure on the client's behalf according to the SOW. Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable tax, securities, and AML regulations in their own jurisdictions.
Intellectual property
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying design system — is owned by Matrixedlabs Technologies or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Open-source tools published by Matrixed.Link on github.com/Matrixed-Link are released under the licenses stated in each repository and are not governed by these terms.
Third-party networks and services
Matrixed.Link's services interface with public blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Chainlink, Enjin, and others) and may rely on third-party cloud, monitoring, and key-management providers. Matrixed.Link is not the publisher or operator of those networks; their consensus rules, protocol upgrades, and economic parameters are outside our control.
Validator performance, staking rewards, oracle availability, and RPC throughput depend on factors including network conditions, protocol upgrades, and third-party infrastructure availability. We design redundancy and incident response around these dependencies but cannot guarantee uninterrupted external network operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in a signed SOW, the website and any information provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrixed.Link disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Information on this site, including the staking calculator, is directional and informational. It does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Staking yields, network rewards, and asset valuations are subject to volatility and are not promised by Matrixed.Link.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except where contractually overridden in a signed MSA/SOW, Matrixed.Link's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the use of the website shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). For commercial engagements, liability caps and indemnities are defined in the executed contract.
In no event shall Matrixed.Link be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of digital assets, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with this website.
Commercial engagements may specify alternative governing law, dispute resolution forums (including arbitration), and venue in the applicable MSA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active commercial engagements, changes to commercial terms require written amendment to the applicable MSA/SOW.
Privacy Policy.
What data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, the rights you have as a data subject, and how to reach the team responsible for those rights.
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Matrixed.Link (operated by Matrixedlabs Technologies, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates) collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through the matrixed.link website.
Matrixed.Link operates under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls for Information Security Management. Detailed scoping documents and sub-processor lists are available to qualified enterprise clients under NDA. Contact privacy@matrixed.link for documentation requests.
Data we collect
Contact form submissions: name, work email, company or protocol name (optional), selected service category, and any project details voluntarily provided in the free-form message field.
Communication records: emails and messages exchanged with our team, attachments, and notes from sales / scoping calls retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for legal and audit purposes.
Website analytics: aggregated, pseudonymous data on page views and traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Personally identifiable analytics are not collected without explicit consent.
Infrastructure operational data: for clients under contract, we process technical data (validator addresses, RPC request metadata, node telemetry) strictly as defined in the applicable SOW. This data is operational, not behavioural.
How we use data
To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and to follow up on sales, partnership, or support requests.
To deliver services and meet contractual obligations under signed MSAs and SOWs, including infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and incident response.
To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements, including those tied to ISO/IEC 27001 certification and (in progress) SOC 2 Type II attestation.
To improve the website and services through aggregate analysis. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis for processing
Where applicable, our legal basis for processing personal data includes: (a) performance of a contract, where you are an existing or prospective client; (b) legitimate business interest, where we follow up on inbound inquiries or maintain commercial relationships; (c) consent, where you have explicitly opted in; and (d) legal obligation, where required by regulators or auditors.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and prospect communications are retained for up to thirty-six (36) months from the last interaction, after which they are archived or deleted unless a commercial engagement is active.
Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract and for the period required by applicable law, audit, or regulator (typically seven years for accounting records under UAE corporate law).
You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting privacy@matrixed.link. Some records may be retained where legally required, in which case access is restricted to compliance and legal personnel only.
Sub-processors
Matrixed.Link engages a limited set of vetted sub-processors for hosting, email, customer relationship management, security monitoring, and cloud infrastructure. Sub-processors are contractually required to maintain security controls consistent with our ISO/IEC 27001 obligations.
A current sub-processor register, including data residency and processing scope for each vendor, is available under NDA for qualified enterprise clients as part of our vendor risk documentation package.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing activities; and request portability of data you have provided to us.
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@matrixed.link. We respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days. If you are located in a jurisdiction with a supervisory authority for data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint with that authority.
Security
We protect personal data through technical and organizational measures consistent with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, including encryption at rest and in transit, segregated networks, least-privilege access controls, hardware security modules for key material, and continuous monitoring.
Security incidents affecting personal data are reported to affected parties within the timelines required by applicable law and our contractual commitments. To report a vulnerability or suspected breach, contact security@matrixed.link.
International transfers
Matrixed.Link is headquartered in Dubai and may process personal data through sub-processors located in other jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law (for example, transfers from the EEA / UK), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Details available under NDA on request.
