Blockchain infrastructure
consulting for financial institutions.
Banks, asset managers, custody providers, and payment
rails are moving on-chain. Most discover too late that
running blockchain infrastructure in-house requires skills
that are difficult to hire and operational discipline that
cannot be bought off the shelf. We help institutions
design, build, and operate blockchain infrastructure they
can actually control.
Why institutions cannot use off-the-shelf Web3 infrastructure.
Retail Web3 infrastructure was not built for financial
institutions. Self-serve APIs, shared nodes, consumer
pricing pages, and community support channels do not meet
the procurement, compliance, or operational requirements
of regulated organizations.
When your compliance team asks about data residency,
incident response procedures, formal SLAs, key management
policies, or third-party audit reports, most Web3
providers cannot answer. When your risk team asks whether
the vendor has ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, the
answer is usually no.
Financial institutions need blockchain infrastructure that
meets the same operational standards as the rest of their
technology stack. Dedicated systems, formal contracts,
documented security practices, and a partner with clear
accountability.

Who we work with
Specialized consulting for regulated organizations.
01
Banks & financial institutions
Innovation teams piloting tokenization, on-chain settlement, or blockchain-based custody who need infrastructure that meets institutional standards. We help banks evaluate technology choices, design production architectures, and operate the nodes and oracles that keep their programs running.
02
Asset managers & fund administrators
Organizations launching tokenized funds, money market products, or on-chain investment vehicles. We provide the oracle and node infrastructure that supports net asset value calculations, RWA pricing, and on-chain reporting.
03
Custody providers
Digital asset custodians and traditional custody banks expanding into tokenized securities. We operate the validator and node infrastructure that underpins custody of proof-of-stake assets and restaked positions.
04
Payment & settlement infrastructure
Payment networks, remittance providers, and settlement rails integrating stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or cross-chain messaging. We design and operate the cross-chain infrastructure that makes these programs possible.
Services
What we offer.
Five engagement models, from early-stage strategy through
managed operations. Engagements are scoped clearly and
contracted before work begins.
01
Strategy
Strategy & architecture
Help defining which blockchain technology fits your regulatory and operational requirements. We evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, assess vendor risk, design reference architectures, and create technical roadmaps that account for compliance, capacity, and cost.
Asset manager: which oracle model supports your NAV reporting requirements, with redundancy designed in.
Custody provider: what validator setup gives you the security posture your auditors need without operational drag.
Bank: how to evaluate running a node in-house vs. contracting with a vetted operator.
Typical outcomes
Technology selection memo
Reference architecture
Vendor risk assessment
Build-vs-buy analysis
02
In-house
In-house infrastructure build-out
Hands-on engineering to deploy blockchain infrastructure inside your environment. We set up dedicated nodes, configure validators, integrate oracle feeds and deploy RPC endpoints inside your own data centers or cloud tenancy. Infrastructure you operate, with documentation and runbooks your team can actually use.
Typical outcomes
Deployed nodes
Validator setup
Oracle integrations
Operational runbooks
Knowledge transfer
03
Managed
Managed infrastructure operations
For institutions that want the infrastructure without building an internal Web3 operations team. We operate your nodes, validators, and oracle feeds under contract with formal SLAs, documented security practices, and dedicated support. All systems run under ISO 27001 certified operations and can be audited.
Typical outcomes
Managed node operations
Validator services
Oracle feed operations
Formal SLA coverage
Monthly reporting
04
Security
Security review & compliance support
Security assessment of existing or planned blockchain infrastructure. We evaluate key management practices, access controls, node configurations, deployment procedures, and incident response readiness. Our recommendations follow the same standards we maintain internally under ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Typical outcomes
Security audit report
Compliance gap analysis
Hardening recommendations
Documentation for internal auditors
05
Ongoing
Ongoing advisory
Continued infrastructure advisory on a retainer basis. We monitor protocol upgrades, network changes, and ecosystem developments that affect your infrastructure. Your team gets a dedicated technical contact who understands the full blockchain stack and can advise on decisions as they come up.
Typical outcomes
Monthly advisory calls
Protocol upgrade briefings
Incident response consultation
Technical second opinions
Why us
Built on operational experience, not slide decks.
The difference between Matrixed.Link and a traditional
consulting firm is operational proof. We do not just
recommend infrastructure. We run it in production every
day.
When we advise on oracle design, we draw from operating
hundreds of live price feeds. When we design validator
setups, we draw from maintaining 99.9% uptime across
multiple chains.
Official Chainlink node operator with 500+ active price feeds on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base.
Validator Operations for Ethereum, Enjin, Polygon, and other proof-of-stake networks.
ISO 27001 2022 certified for Information Security Management Systems, effective February 2026.
SOC 2 Type II certification in progress, expected completion in 2026.
12M+ Data points pushed on-chain through oracle infrastructure we operate.
AAA Rating on StakingRewards for validator performance.
2B daily RPC requests handled through our Web3 API endpoint infrastructure.

How we work
A process built for institutional procurement.
01
Discovery & scoping
We start with a structured discovery process: technical goals, regulatory constraints, internal team capabilities, timeline, budget. We produce a clear scoping document that your procurement and legal teams can review alongside the technical brief.
02
Proposal & contracting
Detailed proposal with scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms. We work through your vendor risk assessment and security questionnaire process. Standard MSA and SOW. Not a Discord handshake.
03
Engagement execution
Delivery against the contract with regular progress reporting. Weekly status, monthly steering, quarterly reviews. Documentation and knowledge transfer built into every engagement.
04
Transition to operations
For institutions that want us to operate what we built, we move into a managed service model with formal SLAs. For institutions that want to operate internally, we transfer full ownership with documentation, runbooks, and a handoff period.
Frequently asked
Questions from institutional clients.
Still have questions? Our team responds to institutional
inquiries within one business day under NDA.
We are a bank. Why would we use Matrixed.Link instead of a large consulting firm?
Large consulting firms produce strategy decks. We operate the infrastructure. For blockchain-specific work, operational experience matters more than brand name. Our team runs the kind of infrastructure you would be building, every day. For engagements that are more strategic than technical, large consulting firms are fine. For anything that touches actual nodes, validators, or oracles, you want operators.
Do you have institutional security certifications?
Yes. Matrixed.Link holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management Systems, effective since February 2026. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress, with expected completion in 2026. We can share both report packages under NDA for vendor risk assessments.
Can you work within our existing cloud tenancy or data center?
Yes. Many institutional clients require blockchain infrastructure to run inside their own environment for compliance or data residency reasons. We support deployments in AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise environments. We provide architecture, deployment, documentation, and optional ongoing operations regardless of where the infrastructure runs.
What happens if our infrastructure needs change over time?
Blockchain protocols evolve. Networks upgrade, new chains become relevant, regulatory guidance shifts. We build infrastructure with that reality in mind and provide ongoing advisory so your systems stay current. Protocol upgrade management is a core part of our managed service offering.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Strategy and architecture engagements run 4 to 8 weeks. In-house infrastructure build-outs typically take 8 to 16 weeks depending on complexity. Managed operations start immediately once infrastructure is in production. We scope every engagement clearly before contracting.
Do you work with Web3-native protocols and DAOs too?
Yes. While our consulting practice focuses on financial institutions and enterprises, we also work with protocols, DAOs, and Web3-native organizations on infrastructure design and operations. Our validator and managed node services are used by teams across the Web3 ecosystem.
What chains and protocols do you support?
We operate infrastructure across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, and Enjin, plus Starknet and other non-EVM networks where requested. For oracle infrastructure, we are an official Chainlink node operator with experience across Price Feed, CRE, OCR, SVR, and Proof of Reserve node types.
